“I took my cat here about two days ago because she was hardly eating/drinking, dehydrated, and sleeping a lot, and her condition was worsening by the day. I see so many bad comments and honestly, I sympathize with everyone who had a bad experience here. My husband and I were there for about 6 hours, mostly waiting, through the whole process. I think that might be the only thing that was slightly bothersome at the time. We were walk ins and they made sure to apologize for the wait and communicated with us that they were severely understaffed and had multiple crisis pets coming in. Both the tech, vet, and receptionists were amazing at reassuring, explaining, and teaching us about her condition and her treatment. They took amazing care of her and didn’t disregard the questions I made out of worry. They didn’t belittle or bully me when I called the next day to ask questions for clarity regarding her slower-than-expected improvement. It’s my first cat and first time going to a vet, so I truly didn’t know what to expect regarding the healing process, but over the phone, they explained it amazingly. She is progressively getting better by the day. I am so grateful to them for saving her and giving my husband and I multiple “What-you-can-do” options, instead of just a single solution. Yes, the pay is on the higher end, but consider the fact that you don’t need to wait for an appointment, you don't need to wait for most exam results, and they have almost everything on hand to treat your pet right then and there. “I took my cat here several months ago but never got the chance to share my experience. On May 3rd, I brought my cat in for FIC. He was in critical condition, and sadly, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down.
